Whether you’re a first-time mum, a few weeks postpartum, or further along in your motherhood journey, our classes are adaptable for all fitness levels. Every workout is carefully structured to be safe, effective, and supportive, helping you build strength, confidence, and energy while connecting with other mums.

Absolutely not! Sweaty Mama classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to more experienced exercisers. Each workout is adaptable so you can go at your own pace, gradually building strength, endurance, and confidence. The focus is on safe, effective movement for mums, no matter your starting point.

Most mums can start Sweaty Mama classes from around 6–8 weeks postpartum, depending on your birth and recovery. If you had a C-section or complications, it’s important to check with your healthcare provider first but we'd advise to wait 12 weeks. Our classes are carefully designed to support gentle rebuilding of strength, core, and pelvic floor so you can exercise safely at your own pace.

Yes! Sweaty Mama classes are designed for mums and their little ones. Babies and toddlers are welcome to join, play, or interact during class, making it easier for you to exercise whilst spending time with your child. We typically say from 6 weeks to 4 years old (pre-school), although older ones are always welcome during the school breaks. Classes are structured so you can focus on your workout while your little one is nearby and part of the fun.

All exercises can be modified to suit your stage of pregnancy, ensuring you build strength, improve posture, and stay active without risk. Our instructors are trained in pre- and postnatal fitness, so you’ll receive expert guidance every step of the way.
