About us
Founded by women, for women, Sweaty Mama was created to support mums through every stage of motherhood, helping you move, feel strong, and reconnect.
Since 2016, we’ve been on a mission to make fitness more accessible and enjoyable for mums. We know that finding time to move isn’t always easy during pregnancy or with little ones, so our classes are designed with you in mind — from babywearing workouts to low-impact recovery and strength sessions.
You won’t find gym pressure or intimidating trainers here, just expert instructors, a welcoming space, and a supportive community of mums who get it. What began as one class has grown into a nationwide movement, because every mum deserves to feel confident, included, and supported on their journey.
