Hello Mamas! My name is Sandeep otherwise known as ‘mama’ to my 2 beautiful children. My son is 6, who is now joined by his little sister who is 10 months old. I own and operate Sweaty Mama in Abbey Wood, Plumstead and surrounding areas. I have always had a passion for health, wellbeing, and fitness and even more so now, but in a different way. Motherhood is a journey to embrace, whilst still holding onto elements of the things you’ve always loved. This is what brings me where I am today, I want to share my passion with likeminded mums!

Whether you're pre-natal, post-natal, or simply taking time for yourself, Mamalates focuses on building deep core strength, improving posture and balance, increasing flexibility, and promoting relaxation. We offer tailored class types to safely support you through each stage of motherhood. Each session incorporates controlled breathing, mindful movement, and gentle strengthening exercises that can help prepare the body for birth, aid in postnatal recovery, diastasis recti, and improve pelvic floor function. Mamalates is a calm, supportive space to reconnect with your body, build confidence, and gradually regain strength, all at your own pace.
