Hi mamas! I’m Vikki and I run all the classes in Chislehurst and surrounding areas. I’m a first time mum to my beautiful boy Freddy. I have worked in the fitness industry since 2015 as a personal trainer being apart of bootcamps, working in gyms, studios, hotels, you name it and I’ve probably done it! I have always had a huge passion for health and fitness and being able to share this love with Freddy and meet other mums along the way is a dream come true! I live giving mums the opportunity to put themselves first, and work on their health and fitness together, with their little ones!
