Hi I'm Hannah, the owner Sweaty Mama Chorley and I joined Sweaty Mama classes when George, my son, was 2 months old. They helped me feel more ‘me’ and I love getting fit, particularly in a room full of other mums! While I manage the business side, our amazing instructor Louise leads all of our classes, so you’ll see her bringing the energy and fun to every session! I feel passionately that motherhood is made easier by finding your tribe and people who are laughing/crying/parenting alongside us.
