Hi! I’m Emma, owner of Sweaty Mama Clackmannanshire, North Falkirk & Stirling! I live in Alloa with my husband and we are proud parents to Benjamin (12), Evie (8) and Penny (5).
Through Sweaty Mama, I get to combine my love of teaching with my passion for fitness and supporting other Mamas to experience all the amazing benefits that exercise brings, in a safe and welcoming environment.
So whether you’re with bump, baby or toddler, a marathon runner or brand new to fitness, you will find a warm welcome at my classes!
