Hi! I’m Emma and I’m the franchise owner of Sweaty Mama Dundee and Surrounding Areas. During maternity leave I attended so many baby classes, but I realised there weren't many classes focused on benefiting mums. A combination of this and looking to have a better work-life balance, led me to Sweaty Mama.
Regardless of ability, Sweaty Mama will help to improve your fitness whilst building self-esteem and confidence with your new postpartum body! Please get in touch if you have any questions about exercising during pregnancy, getting back into exercise after birth or if you have any queries about joining.
