Hi my name is Sharon, and I am a mum to two beautiful children. We love spending time outside whether that’s running as a family or walking the dog. As a mum, I know how hard it can be to find the time to exercise. So combining exercise with little ones if perfect. It means extra time spent together and being a good role model.
