Hi I'm Lauren, I’m the proud franchise owner of Sweaty Mama Macclesfield, Wilmslow and the surrounding areas. I live in Macclesfield with my 3-year-old, Eric, who’s full of beans and keeps me on my toes every single day! He’s also the reason I decided to join the Sweaty Mama family back in 2022. I’ve been a dance teacher and fitness instructor in the local area for over 17 years, so movement and music have always been a huge part of my life. When I became a mum, Sweaty Mama felt like the perfect fit, a way to combine my passion for fitness with the joy of motherhood. I’m all about making exercise fun, friendly, and totally welcoming. Our classes aren’t just about fitness, they’re about laughter, support, and building a lovely little community of mums. I’ve made some amazing friends through it, and I’d love for you to come and be part of it too!
