Hi, I’m Vicky. I live in New Milton with my husband. I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and have been most of my life. I love helping people achieve their goals and love seeing the progress people make along their own health and fitness journey. Being a mummy doesn’t mean you need to put your own life on hold. I think it is extremely important that as a mum you take time for yourselves and look after yourself so you can be the best version of you for you and your family. Sweaty Mama to me is so much more than just an exercise class. It's about building a community, bonding with your baby, and meeting new mums.
