Hi, I’m Rhian, and I run Sweaty Mama Norwich & South Norfolk. I joined a Sweaty Mama class when my little boy Freddie was four months old.
I made a friend almost instantly, and that was the moment I realised Sweaty Mama isn't just about fitness - it's about feeling like you again. Every class builds strength, confidence, and an unbreakable bond with your baby in a space that feels genuinely welcoming.
My aim is to offer that same sense of community I found, with classes designed around real motherhood. You can work at your own pace, move safely, and meet mums who get exactly what you’re going through.

Whether you're pre-natal, post-natal, or simply taking time for yourself, Mamalates focuses on building deep core strength, improving posture and balance, increasing flexibility, and promoting relaxation. This course will be 6 weeks long and will follow the structure below: WEEK 1 - Slow Burn Gentle core reconnection and awakening the body. WEEK 2 - Core Crush Deep core strength, posture and stability. WEEK 3 - Sculpt and Strengthen Building lean strength and confidence. WEEK 4 — Power & Flow Dynamic movement, balance and fluidity. WEEK 5 — Strong Is Sexy Full body strength and endurance. WEEK 6 — Glow & Go Feeling confident, powerful and energised.
