Hello, I’m Sama and I run Sweaty Mama across Orpington &Sevenoaks. I’m married and have two boys; Frank who’s 4 and Charlie who’s nearly 2. Before I had babies I was a fairly active person, but once I fell pregnant I made the decision to pretty much retire my body from any physical activity. Two babies later, barely able to touch my toes & persistent back pain I decided to join my nearest Sweaty Mama class, and loved it so much I ended up buying a franchise. Regardless of your fitness background or ability, these classes are fantastic at rebuilding your fitness, core and pelvic floor and a sociable, fun way to spend time with your baby.
