What our Mamas say

Absolutley Brilliant Classes

Absolutely brilliant classes, Sweaty Mama was just what I needed a few months after giving birth to get me feeling a bit more like myself and energised whilst slowly improving my fitness. There are options throughout the class for different ability levels so you can push yourself or take it easy depending on how you’re feeling. Really enjoyed the music, the workouts were fun with plenty of variety. Thank you!

Friendly and effective classes

Not only do I feel like I've had a great workout after class but also had a lovely catch up with some other mamas. My little one loves the classes, she gets to interact with other littles along with some play time on the mat. I can stop and adjust exercises as necessary to accommodate her, whether wanting to go in the carrier or be on the mat, there are options for all. I highly recommend the class to any new mums wanting to get back to exercise in a friendly environment!

Highly Recommend

Sweaty Mama was the perfect place to grow my strength and confidence both throughout my pregnancy and my maternity leave. The exercises were well designed to honour where you and your body are at, regardless of whether you are heavily pregnant, six weeks postpartum or juggling an energetic toddler! I'd recommend this class to anyone wanting to connect with other mums, have fun, move their body and grow their confidence.

Love Sweaty Mama!

I cannot recommend Sweaty Mama highly enough! Both me and my baby have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions throughout my maternity leave, it’s really helped with both my physical and mental well-being. It’s a great way to help keep active and feeling fit after having a baby, and there’s different options depending on whether you have split abs or need to take it a bit easier, or whether you want to push yourself.

Love The Classes

I was apprehensive at first having, done very little exercise during pregnancy and seeing a physio post-baby for my pelvic floor, but Gill made me feel so welcome and really focuses on ensuring you are exercising safely to promote strengthening your body again. I’ve been going to classes for 6 months now and I feel so much stronger and more confident to do other exercises too. It’s great having an exercise class where I can bring him with me and not have to worry about finding the time or the childcare.
