I’m Carley, the face behind Sweaty Mama Preston and I’ve been running classes in our community for the past 6 years. As a mum of 5, I know first-hand just how important it is to find time for yourself, move your body, and connect with others who “get it.” Whether you’re here to build strength, boost confidence, or simply enjoy some precious bonding time, you’ll always find a warm welcome in my classes. Sweaty Mama is more than a workout – it’s laughs, bonding, and a space to feel like you again. Come join us, we laugh, we sweat, and we lift each other up (literally and figuratively)!

Each session is carefully created to support postnatal recovery, with a mix of low-impact cardio, resistance, and core-focused movements, all to music you'll love!
