I’m Hayley, franchise owner of Sweaty Mama South West Manchester. I have two children Poppy (7) & Finley (4), who are full of life. I went to Sweaty Mama classes with Finley as a baby and loved the idea. After 3 years, the opportunity arose to take on the franchise, and I jumped at the chance for a complete career change. My passion for fitness has developed as I discovered the physical and mental health benefits, and I’m so excited to share this with you. The classes give you that chance to experience the endorphin buzz that exercise gives, whilst spending that time with your baby. I can’t wait for you to come join me!Run by: Hayley Hagon
