Hi Mamas, my name is Radka and I’m the owner of Sweaty Mama Trowbridge and Surrounding areas. I moved to the UK around 10 years ago, my partner Alex and I decided to settle down in his home town and we now have two beautiful daughters Izabel and Amelia! I attended Sweaty Mama classes after Izabel was born and really enjoyed it! When I was pregnant with Amelia I realised these classes were no longer available which led to my decision to take on the franchise myself. I’ve always loved sports and exercising and after getting pregnant with Amelia I was looking to find a better work-life balance. Running Sweaty Mama classes is a dream come true for me! Whether you're pre-natal, post-natal, or simply taking time for yourself, Mamalates focuses on building deep core strength, improving posture and balance, increasing flexibility, and promoting relaxation. We offer tailored class types to safely support you through each stage of motherhood. Each session incorporates controlled breathing, mindful movement, and gentle strengthening exercises that can help prepare the body for birth, aid in postnatal recovery, diastasis recti, and improve pelvic floor function. Mamalates is a calm, supportive space to reconnect with your body, build confidence, and gradually regain strength, all at your own pace.
