My name is Janka, I am a mummy to two beautiful girls Emily (4 years old) & Charlotte (1 year old) that I absolutely adore. I realised there is not much out there for mums to be able to exercise with their children, without needing childcare. This is when I came across Sweaty Mama and straight away, I fell in love. I want to make sure that all mamas have a safe place to come and have a workout, have lots of fun and make new friends for life! I can't wait to meet you all.Run by: Jana Peel

We offer tailored class types to safely support you through each stage of motherhood. Each session incorporates controlled breathing, mindful movement, and gentle strengthening exercises that can help prepare the body for birth, aid in postnatal recovery, diastasis recti, and improve pelvic floor function. Mamalates is a calm, supportive space to reconnect with your body, build confidence, and gradually regain strength, all at your own pace.
