Sweaty Mama Winchester
I’m Lucy, a married mum of two and a passionate advocate for helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered through fitness. With a lively six-year-old daughter and an energetic two-year-old son, life keeps me on my toes, and our home is always filled with music, singing, and dancing.
Fitness has been an important part of my life, but becoming a mum showed me just how essential it is for my physical and mental wellbeing. Running and group exercise classes help me feel fit, grounded, and happy, and I love sharing that experience with others.
I’m excited to welcome more mums into our Sweaty Mama community, a supportive space where we can move, laugh, and feel amazing together. I can’t wait to help you build strength, boost your confidence, and enjoy the journey of feeling your best!
