Hi Mamas, I’m Rachel owner of Sweaty Mama Worcester and Droitwich. I live in Worcester with my husband, and we have two children, a little girl who is 1 and a 6yr old! I decided to become a Sweaty Mama Franchise owner after having my little girl. I just couldn’t believe how perfect the classes were for all the mamas out there, I just knew this was for me! I have a real passion for women’s health and postnatal fitness, both for physical and mental health benefits. The classes create a safe, welcoming and non judgemental place for mamas to enjoy exercise and achieve whatever their goals. It’s such an amazing way to bond with your child whilst working out!
