Sweaty Mama Bexley
Hi Mamas, my name is Emma and I own the Bexley territory of Sweaty Mama. I am mummy to 2 beautiful little ones. My passion for fitness began when, in my mid 20’s and working too many hours, my weight spiked to a size 18. I joined a gym, got a personal trainer and became very much the obsessed gym bunny.
A few years later and my daughter came along and motherhood hit me hard. I found Sweaty Mama and was able to re-establish my passion for fitness, whilst taking my children with me, meeting new mums and providing a service like no other company, where you can exercise with your little ones without the guilt. I am so very excited to meet you!

Whether you're pre-natal, post-natal, or simply taking time for yourself, Mamalates focuses on building deep core strength, improving posture and balance, increasing flexibility, and promoting relaxation. We offer tailored class types to safely support you through each stage of motherhood. Each session incorporates controlled breathing, mindful movement, and gentle strengthening exercises that can help prepare the body for birth, aid in postnatal recovery, diastasis recti, and improve pelvic floor function. Mamalates is a calm, supportive space to reconnect with your body, build confidence, and gradually regain strength, all at your own pace.
