Sweaty Mama East Grinstead
Hi, I’m mum to three fabulous children. Before falling pregnant I was so active, running miles and miles every month, always in some form of race training. After having the twins I realised that getting back into fitness after giving birth can be tricky. Trying to find a baby sitter or waiting until my partner finished work before I could workout. Then during a night feed, shortly after qualifying as a fitness instructor, I spotted the opportunity to buy a franchise and decided it was time to bring Sweaty Mama sessions to East Grinstead. Classes are suitable for every woman regardless of any previous exercise experience. We’ll work on rebuilding fitness, core strength and building friendships among like-minded women and their babies!
