Hey Mama’s! My name is Ella and I run Sweaty Mama Mid Norfolk! I live in Dereham with my partner Ciaran and our gorgeous little girl Maia who is now 16 months old. Fitness has always been a big passion of mine and before having Maia I used to live in the gym. Since having Maia, I have seen firsthand just how difficult keeping active around your little ones can be. I helping make exercise more accessible for mums in my area, through Sweaty Mama classes. I can’t wait to meet you all soon!
