Hi! My name is Daisy & I run classes at Sweaty Mama Sefton South. I am mama to my little boy who is funny & full of life. He loves Sweaty Mama as much as I do & is one of the biggest reasons I took the opportunity to join Sweaty Mama. When I had just had my little one, I attended many baby groups & classes & made a great group of mum friends, which came with so much support & love. I really believe the benefits for new mums of having that support group & other mums going through the same things, is essential. I aim to make my classes a welcoming & supportive environment where mums can come & look after their minds & bodies, become part of a community & most of all have some fun!

Whether you're attending solo, with your baby, or carrying your bump, the session is tailored to your stage of motherhood and fitness level. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance-based movements, and focused strength training — all adapted by our pre & postnatal qualified instructors to ensure safety and challenge.

Whether you're pre-natal, post-natal, or simply taking time for yourself, Mamalates focuses on building deep core strength, improving posture and balance, increasing flexibility, and promoting relaxation. We offer tailored class types to safely support you through each stage of motherhood. Each session incorporates controlled breathing, mindful movement, and gentle strengthening exercises that can help prepare the body for birth, aid in postnatal recovery, diastasis recti, and improve pelvic floor function. Mamalates is a calm, supportive space to reconnect with your body, build confidence, and gradually regain strength, all at your own pace.
